Greg Thyberg has practiced law for over 25 years. His extensive experience includes criminal prosecutor where he spent time in the courtroom examining hundreds of witnesses. He also was responsible for opening a house counsel office in Los Angeles for a major insurance company where he supervised a staff of attorneys in handling over 400 lawsuits. As an Adjunct Professor at UC Davis Law School, Mr. Thyberg taught arbitration, mediation and negotiation skills.
Mr. Thyberg has been a mediator for more than 15 years. He is dedicated to continually improving his mediation skills and has completed 42 hours of mediation training at Pepperdine University's renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He has served as a Settlement Officer/Judge Pro Tem in Sacramento, San Francisco and Los Angeles County Superior Courts.
Mr. Thyberg represent clients who are victims of wrongful conduct in their employment or have suffered a significant injury as a result of someone else's negligence. He has successfully resolved cases ranging from business and commercial disputes to kidnapping.
